• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate each patient’s mental health status, strengths, and specific needs, ensuring that assessments are thorough and accurate.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s treatment plan.
• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow counselors, to coordinate care that aligns with best practices in mental health treatment.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medications, fostering a clear understanding of the therapeutic process.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing research-backed modalities, ensuring a personalized approach that engages clients meaningfully.
• Work closely with the treatment team to develop and refine individualized treatment plans that incorporate patient goals, preferences, and feedback.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members.
