This PRN/Part-time role offers one-on-one patient care, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work independently while fully supported by a collaborative clinical team. This position will cover the Northern Albuquerque (Bernalillo) region up to to Santa Fe, NM.

Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in occupational therapy
โ€ข Current New Mexico OT license
โ€ข Valid driverโ€™s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
โ€ข Current CPR certification

Preferred:
โ€ข 1+ year OT experience
โ€ข Home health experience
โ€ข Homecare Homebase proficiency
โ€ข Strong communication skills
