Associate โ€“ Healthcare & Life Sciences Privacy (Digital Health)
Location: San Francisco or Silicon Valley
Experience Level: 4+ years
Practice Group: Healthcare and Life Sciences Regulatory

Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking a dynamic corporate associate with 4+ years of experience advising clients in the digital health and health tech space.

About the Role:
Youโ€™ll work with cutting-edge healthcare and tech companies on complex regulatory issues involving:

  • HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA, and U.S. privacy frameworks

  • AI regulation and compliance

  • Healthcare fraud and abuse laws (Stark, anti-kickback, etc.)

  • Counseling on data protection, digital health, and healthcare transactions

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Deep experience advising digital health/tech companies

  • Knowledge of privacy, AI, and healthcare regulatory laws

  • Strong drafting and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lead matters and juggle multiple deadlines

  • Prior law firm experience and excellent academic record
