Health Service Representatives (HSRs) are professionals who act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers. They help patients navigate the healthcare system by answering questions, providing information about services, scheduling appointments, and assisting with insurance and billing inquiries. HSRs ensure that patients have a positive experience by addressing their concerns and facilitating communication between patients, families, and medical staff. Their role is essential in supporting both administrative processes and patient satisfaction within healthcare facilities.
