We are looking for compassionate Behavioral Health Professionals to support children with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) where it matters most: at home and in their communities.

This isn't just about managing behaviors; it’s about teaching a child how to communicate their needs, making a trip to the park a success, and giving families the tools to flourish. If you want to make your community stronger by fostering a sense of inclusion, we want to meet you. Training provided.

$20 starting rate if you already have BHP certification.

In this role, you will:

  • Work directly with children with IDD to develop positive behavior strategies.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and therapists to create a comprehensive support system.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to promote emotional well-being and skill development.
  • Make a lasting impact on the lives of these incredible children.

Qualifications

  • Valid state issued driver's license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle.
  • The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
  • Must be able to provide 2 professional references.
