NOW HIRING: Staffing Coordinator with Experience

Position Overview:

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Staffing Coordinator who’s ready to bring energy and enthusiasm to our team. You’ll be the scheduling maestro, ensuring our staff is always where they need to be. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love solving puzzles, this is the job for you!

Staffing Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for all shifts.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Handle shift changes, call-offs, and scheduling conflicts promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff attendance and hours worked.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new staff members.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws.
  • Provide support and assistance to staff regarding scheduling and shift-related inquiries.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to improving staffing processes.

Staffing Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Staffing Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
