Schenectady County Community College and St. Peter's Health Partners are excited to introduce a collaborative Workforce Pathway Program designed to prepare individuals for meaningful careers in Healthcare Culinary Services. This program supports participants in gaining handson experience, industryrecognized training, and a direct pathway to employment within one of the region's leading healthcare systems.

For students of SCCC only.

Program Highlights
  • Earn While You Learn: Paid on-site training opportunities within St. Peter's Health Partners Culinary & Nutrition Services.
  • Education Support: Access to SCCC coursework and culinary skill development.
  • Career Readiness: Coaching, mentoring, professional development, and resume/interview support.
  • Guaranteed Consideration for Employment: Participants who successfully complete program requirements will be prioritized for open culinary and nutrition service roles at SPHP.
  • Meaningful, MissionDriven Work: Contribute to providing healthy, highquality meals for patients, visitors, and healthcare teams.
