As a District Office Producer, you will work directly with the San Francisco District Office team, developing expertise in Personal Lines, Commercial Insurance, Life Insurance, and Financial Services opportunities. You'll receive warm transfer leads, cross-selling opportunities within existing customer households, ongoing coaching, and access to the award-winning University of Farmers training platform.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales production goals.
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, marketing initiatives, and lead opportunities.
  • Contact prospective clients to identify insurance needs and recommend coverage solutions.
  • Develop insurance quotes and proposals.
  • Conduct sales presentations and close new business opportunities.
  • Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing households.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and follow-up activities.
  • Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.

Requirements
  • Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Active California Life & Health Insurance License (or within 60 days of employment)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Professional and customer-focused attitude

Preferred- Previous insurance sales experience

Outside sales, business development, or consultative sales experience

Bilingual English/Spanish
