Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start from $36,000 to $50,000, and first-year commissions are expected to range from $16,000 to $36,000.


Are you an experienced veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $44,000 to $54,000 and our top earners made just under $90,000 in total earnings last year."

Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential customers to determine their insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns
  • Educate clients on insurance policies, coverage details, and claims processes to ensure they make informed decisions
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and other marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products

Requirements
  • Property & Casualty license preferred, must obtain within 30 days of hire. Licensing Assistance Available
