Pay: $20.00 per hour, plus commission


PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Insurance Enrollment Agent plays a key role in helping individuals and families secure the Home Health and ACA coverage they need most. This is a fully remote position with access to top national carriers and real support in building a lasting career in insurance sales.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

• Build lasting relationships with clients through open, honest communication

• Provide accurate, comprehensive information using the best tools and resources

• Resolve customer concerns with effective solutions — follow-up is key

• Keep detailed records of client interactions and account processes

• Stay compliant by following communication guidelines and company policies

• Go the extra mile to engage and delight customers, because happy clients mean success

Requirements:

• Active Health Insurance License required

• Current FFM (Federally-facilitated Marketplace) certification/registration for the applicable year

• Willingness to obtain licenses in states such as AL, FL, GA, TX, VA, and more

• At least 1 year of experience with Home Health and/or ACA (Affordable Care Act) plans preferred

• Superior communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette

• Ability to work full-time, including some weekends
