Job description

If you're a true people person who loves helping others, building relationships, and making someone's day a little easier, you may be exactly who we're looking for.

At Melissa Izatt Insurance Agency, taking care of people is at the heart of what we do. We're a close-knit, local Eagle River agency with a nurturing, supportive environment where our clients are more than policy numbers and our team is more than a group of coworkers. We genuinely care about the people we serve, the community we're part of, and the people who work alongside us.

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to become an important part of that environment. You'll spend your day helping clients with their insurance needs, answering questions, making policy changes, assisting with payments, and making sure the people who call or walk through our doors feel heard, valued, and taken care of.

Insurance experience is absolutely a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. What matters most is finding someone with a strong customer service background who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in helping others, and wants to build lasting relationships with the clients they serve.

Compensation is based on licensing and relevant experience, with unlicensed candidates typically starting around $18–$20/hour and licensed candidates around $22–$25/hour. This is a flat hourly position with additional bonus opportunities available. If you aren't currently licensed, no problem! We're willing to help the right person learn the industry and work toward obtaining their Property Casualty license.

If you're looking for a place where you can build relationships, help people every day, and be part of a team that truly values its employees and its community, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today!
