Position Overview:
Marketing and Sales Professional:

This is a Full-Time On-Site position located in Rochester, NY. This position involves developing marketing strategies, generating leads, promoting products or services, and collaborating with the sales team to meet daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals.
If you aspire to someday own and run your own business, this position provides the opportunity for coaching, development and mentoring to become an independent contractor agent with the State Farm Insurance Companies. We will assist in developing your business leadership skills, industry and State Farm business acumen, as well as sales and marketing experience. You will learn from an experienced agent and team and see firsthand what it's like to run, develop and grow an agency.
Responsibilities
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Market, Sell and Service Auto, Home, Life, Heath, Bank & Financial Services Products.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing and sales goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success and leaning each and every day.
  • Lean and develop marketing, sales and business operation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
