Our outpatient office model allows therapists to facilitate therapy sessions that cater to clients in comfortable, safe, and confidential settings.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and craft effective individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions employing personalized therapeutic techniques that support growth, healing, and overall well-being.
• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, monitoring their progress and modifying treatment approaches as necessary.
• Deliver teletherapy services to enhance accessibility for clients who may face mobility issues or prefer remote sessions.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and therapy sessions to ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities to refine clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest research and methodologies in the mental health field.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges. Our practice prioritizes treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, making it essential for therapists to possess empathy and a comprehensive understanding of these conditions as they guide clients through their healing journeys.

• Possession of a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster secure, trusting relationships with clients.
• A demonstrated ability to approach client experiences with empathy, sensitivity, and a nonjudgmental attitude.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
