  • Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, monitoring their progress and modifying treatment approaches as necessary.
  • Deliver teletherapy services to enhance accessibility for clients who may face mobility issues or prefer remote sessions.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and therapy sessions to ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage in continuous professional development activities to refine clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest research and methodologies in the mental health field.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges. Our practice prioritizes treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, making it essential for therapists to possess empathy and a comprehensive understanding of these conditions as they guide clients through their healing journeys.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster secure, trusting relationships with clients.
  • A demonstrated ability to approach client experiences with empathy, sensitivity, and a nonjudgmental attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Experience

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, candidates with prior experience in teletherapy and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities for addiction and mental health disorders will be highly regarded. Your ability to engage with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans will be essential in our collaborative environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Generous paid time off (PTO) and holidays to support work-life balance.
  • Retirement savings plan to secure your financial future.
