• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address the specific needs and circumstances of each client.
• Maintain thorough and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies to protect client information.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance overall client care and treatment outcomes through regular case consultations.
• Facilitate educational sessions and workshops for clients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health conditions and available resources in the community.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying current with the latest research and advancements in the mental health sector, contributing to improved practices within the organization.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma history, and stress-related disorders. You will provide valuable support to diverse populations, adapting your therapeutic approaches to meet the unique cultural and personal needs of each client.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.
• Proven understanding of solution-based psychotherapy methodologies and an ability to adapt interventions to align with individual client needs.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport effectively and foster a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, essential for devising effective strategies and treatment plans.
• A collaborative disposition that values teamwork and collective achievement in delivering exemplary mental health care.

While a background in various therapy modalities is preferred, candidates with prior experience in a telehealth setting will be given particular consideration. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and commitment to continuous learning in mental health innovation will be advantageous.
