Job description

Health Information Management

Process and maintain patient health records in accordance with organizational, state, federal, and accreditation standards. Scan, sort, index, analyze, retrieve, and store patient documentation within the EHR. Process Release of Information (ROI) requests for internal and external customers. Review medical records for completeness, identify deficiencies, duplicate records, and data discrepancies, and take corrective action as needed. Support providers, clinical staff, and care teams with patient record access and medical record-related inquiries. Prioritize workloads effectively, including time-sensitive documentation related to upcoming patient appointments. Ensure accuracy, quality, and confidentiality of all patient information. Collaborate across departments to support efficient patient care and positive customer service outcomes.

This is a Contract position based out of St Paul, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
