Job description

AT A GLANCERVO Health is looking for a Referrals Product Manager, you will play a vital role in developing and managing our referral management system. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, defining product requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our referral management solution.Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Minneapolis, MN office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the referral management module, aligning it with the overall company vision and goals.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining the features, enhancements, and integrations needed for the referral management system.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, clinicians, and IT teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring they align with user needs and business objectives.
  • Work closely with the development team to translate requirements into user stories, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and implementation, to ensure successful product launches, effective communication, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive the user experience design process, ensuring that the referral management module is intuitive, user-friendly, and meets the needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business administration, healthcare informatics).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Referral Systems Manager, preferably in the healthcare technology industry, with a focus on referral management or related solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the referral management process within healthcare organizations and familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including HL7, SFTP systems. 
  • Demonstrated experience in product strategy development, roadmap planning, and requirements gathering.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market research, user feedback, and performance metrics to drive product improvements.
  • Familiarity development methodologies and experience working with development teams to deliver software solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

  • Starting Salary: $80,000 - $95,000
