As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily in a remote setting that prioritizes comfort and confidentiality, allowing for a flexible schedule that accommodates your lifestyle. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, formulating tailored treatment plans based on these evaluations.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote client well-being.
• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and maintain consistent monitoring of their progress to adapt the treatment approach as needed.
• Offer teletherapy sessions for clients seeking virtual support, ensuring accessibility while maintaining the same level of quality care.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans thoroughly to adhere to ethical and regulatory standards, reflecting our commitment to professionalism.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to refine your clinical skills and stay up-to-date with new evidence-based practices and methodologies.

Common concerns include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. • A current and valid state license is required for this position. Qualified licenses include Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to establish a trustworthy and safe therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients' challenges and experiences.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative requirements.

• Preference will be given to those with experience in outpatient therapy settings or with specific populations relevant to our practice.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
