These foundations often provide grants to support medical research, healthcare services, community health programs, and policy development. Their goal is to address health disparities, promote wellness, and enhance healthcare access for underserved populations. Health foundations can be local, national, or international in scope, and often collaborate with other organizations, governments, and communities.
