Full Time | $66,000-$74,000 | Nursing Home Experience Required!

A growing skilled nursing facility is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Maintenance Director to join our team in Gates, NY. As a key member of our facility's management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our nursing center, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

About the Role:

As our new Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facility's infrastructure, equipment, and grounds. This includes ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, identifying and addressing any potential issues or hazards, and collaborating with other departments to resolve any maintenance-related issues. You will also be responsible for managing and supervising our maintenance staff, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

  • Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, and that all work is done to the highest standards
