Job description

KIDSUNITED is a soccer center for early development. Our unique training method is intended to develop physical, personal, intellectual abilities and social skills of children from 1.5 to 10 years old. KIDSUNITED not only teaches children how to play soccer; it acts as an early development system, using soccer as the main educational and delivery tool.

As a KidsUnited coach, you will have an opportunity to make a positive impact on children during the most important stage of their development years. Not only will you help children develop, but through our ongoing training, you can reach your full coaching potential.

Responsibilities

â—Ź Training children ages 1.5-10yrs old, max 12 children per class

â—Ź Capable of following and understanding KidsUnited training sessions

â—Ź Consistently giving parent feedback about their child's progress as well as keeping accurate records of feedback

â—Ź Communicating with parents about the purpose of each session and core focuses

â—Ź Ensure health and safety precautions are observed during all activities

â—Ź Maintaining equipment and keeping the facility clean

Skills

â—Ź At least 6 months of coaching youth soccer Or 2-3 years working with children and some experience playing soccer

â—Ź Solid verbal and written communication skills required

â—Ź Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

â—Ź Ability to work and function in a KIDSUNITED TEAM environment

â—Ź Flexible to work day, evening, and weekend hours as needed
