Job description

At Holistic Integration, weโ€™re looking for a passionate Health Coach to join our patient care team. In this role, youโ€™ll work directly with patients to interpret diagnostics, design supplement protocols, and guide them through personalized wellness plans that address the root cause of their health concerns.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Interpret functional lab results and assessments (hormone panels, GI maps, hair analysis, etc.)
  • Use in-house tools like Electrodermal Screening (EDS)/Avatar to test supplements against patient responses
  • Create customized supplement protocols tailored to each patientโ€™s needs
  • Develop functional care plans with supplement, lifestyle, and service recommendations
  • Communicate clearly with patients so they understand the purpose of each recommendation
  • Collaborate with the Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner and providers to align care plans
  • Support patients in achieving their functional health goals and ensure follow-up steps are in place
  • Educate patients on the importance of compliance, consistency, and long-term wellness
  • Contribute to team meetings, trainings, and patient education events


Who You Are

  • Certified Health Coach (FMCHC, IIN, or similar) or Clinical Nutritionist preferred
  • Experienced in interpreting labs and designing supplement-based care plans OR highly motivated to learn
  • Knowledgeable in functional medicine concepts and natural health practices
  • Confident using diagnostic tools and supplements to guide protocols
