Job Summary
The Sr. Manager, Integration Channels is responsible for driving the strategy, growth, and performance of integration-based commerce channels, including PunchOut, EDI, FSM platforms, and third-party procurement networks. This role owns the full lifecycle of integration customers, from pipeline development and onboarding to ongoing revenue and relationship management, transforming the channel from a reactive function into a scalable growth engine. Acting as the voice of the customer, this position also partners closely with internal teams to influence product development, improve integration capabilities, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Job Duties amp; Responsibilities
• Own revenue performance and growth of integration channels including PunchOut, EDI, cXML, FSM platforms, and procurement networks
• Build and manage a pipeline of integration opportunities across existing customers and new prospects
• Identify accounts where integrations can improve efficiency, increase order frequency, and drive incremental revenue
• Set and achieve targets for channel activations, revenue, and margin contribution
• Monitor and report on pipeline health, onboarding progress, and account performance
• Drive development of white-label and embedded commerce partnerships
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for customer onboarding from qualification through go-live
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, product, and sales to ensure timely and successful onboarding
• Develop standardized onboarding processes, playbooks, and timelines to improve scalability and efficiency
• Manage post-go-live customer relationships, including adoption, issue resolution, and account growth
• Oversee vendor and platform partner relationships, including third-party integration providers
• Collaborate with FSM and procurement platform partners on integration roadmaps and go-to-market initiatives
• Maintain knowledge of integration standards such as cXML, OCI, EDI transaction sets, and procurement platforms
• Act as the internal voice of the customer by translating feedback into product requirements and feature priorities
• Identify platform improvements needed to scale the integration channel, including onboarding, catalog management, and reporting
• Provide input into product roadmap discussions based on customer needs and industry trends
• Analyze channel performance data to inform decisions and support business cases for investment
• Partner cross-functionally with IT, product, sales, and operations to drive execution without direct authority
• Minimal Travel Required
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in a commercial, business development, or integration-focused role within eProcurement, EDI, or digital commerce channels
• Strong working knowledge of PunchOut (cXML/OCI), EDI transaction sets (850, 855, 810, 856), and procurement platforms such as Coupa, Ariba, and SAP
• Experience managing vendor or platform partner relationships within integration ecosystems
• Proven ability to build pipeline, manage sales funnels, and deliver against revenue targets
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to drive initiatives across IT, product, sales, and operations teams
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and use metrics to influence decision-making
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, MRO, or similar distribution industries (preferred)
• Familiarity with FSM platforms such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or FieldEdge (preferred)
• Exposure to marketplace or feed-based integrations such as Mirakl or Amazon (preferred)
• Experience with product management or product ownership concepts, including writing requirements and prioritizing backlogs (preferred)
Physical Demands amp; Work Environment
This position may require over 40 hours per week and includes regular physical activity such as:

  • Occasional standing, walking, and moving throughout office or branch environments
  • Ability to travel occasionally for vendor meetings, branch visits, or company events
