Master's Degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Public Administration, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field and five (5) years managerial experience in a mental health or Substance Use treatment setting.


Provide administrative direction for programs and services implemented by the Board of Directors. Assume full responsibilities for overall operations, direct the day-to-day financial operations, approve expenditures of service programs, prepare and disseminate board policies and procedures, and negotiate with contract agencies and service providers
