The position is located on-site at our Naples rehabilitation facility, which features modern equipment and a welcoming atmosphere conducive to recovery. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Powerback Physio Healer LLC, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapy treatments to patients with diverse orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management.
• Utilize a variety of modalities, therapeutic exercises, and manual techniques to facilitate patient recovery and improve mobility.
• Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and modify care plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their caregivers, providing education and support throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes while meeting departmental goals.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay updated with advancements in physical therapy.

The patient population we serve includes a diverse group ranging from young athletes to seniors recovering from joint replacement surgeries. Our focus is not limited to orthopedic cases; we also treat patients with neurological, pediatric, and sports medicine conditions. This variety allows our therapists to gain extensive experience and expertise across multiple specialties, ensuring every patient receives customized care tailored to their specific rehabilitation needs.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with preference given to candidates holding a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Current state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and their families.
• Proficient computer and word processing skills to maintain accurate patient records.
• A strong commitment to building lasting relationships within the community.

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preferred experience includes:

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly within orthopedics.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations and knowledge of evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
• Background in developing community outreach programs to promote wellness and rehabilitation.
