Job description

Hello all!

We are currently looking for assistance staffing our front desk of the administrative side of the Hope & Healing Building! This volunteer would be needed to pick up shifts on Thursdays and Fridays anytime between 8am and 5pm, and would be needed to come in-person. This role requires answering phones, transferring phone calls, admitting people into our facility and accessing an outlook calendar to verify and confirm client appointments.
