• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health, developing tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities suitable for diverse client populations.
• Regularly monitor and document client progress in alignment with treatment plans, adjusting strategies as necessary based on client feedback and observed outcomes.
• Oversee and implement therapeutic activities, ensuring a supportive environment that promotes skill-building and healthy coping mechanisms.
• Evaluate and maintain detailed therapeutic records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while maintaining client confidentiality.

The LPC role at Supreme Healing Counseling Services involves working primarily with a diverse range of clients, including youth and adults dealing with emotional and behavioral challenges. You will have the opportunity to impact the lives of individuals experiencing substance use disorders, severe anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. By understanding their specific histories and experiences, you will guide them toward achieving their mental health goals.

• A master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• At least five years of relevant experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a focus on supervised practice.
• Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities, enabling effective treatment plan conceptualization.
• Proven ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders, fostering trust and open communication.

• Experience in a community health setting or clinic is highly desirable, as you will be engaging with a diverse group of clients.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms is advantageous, given the remote nature of this position.

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, reflecting experience, skill level, and the complexity of the caseload.
