Supreme Healing Counseling Services is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team in Salem, Oregon. This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still collaborating closely with our team and clients. Although you will be part of a remote structure, our outpatient office in Salem, Oregon, plays a vital role in our operations. You will utilize teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems to manage your caseload efficiently and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions. The supportive infrastructure includes ongoing access to experienced supervision and professional resources.

• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Provide engaging and effective individual and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor and document clients’ progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to support their evolving needs.
• Manage a caseload reflective of your availability and experience, ensuring high-quality care for each individual.
• Conduct regular supervision of therapeutic activities, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and best practices.
• Facilitate community outreach initiatives that promote mental health awareness and support for those affected by mental illnesses.
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative treatment strategies and share insights on client care.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele, including adolescents and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma-related disorders. You will engage clients in therapeutic processes, encouraging self-exploration and resilience. Your work will have a direct impact on improving their coping strategies, emotional well-being, and overall life satisfaction.

• A valid Oregon state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• A minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapy and client management.
• Strong knowledge of mental health assessments, treatment methodologies, and crisis intervention techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

• Experience working in outpatient settings or with teletherapy.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms.
• Specialization in areas such as trauma therapy, substance abuse counseling, or child/adolescent therapy is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
