• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations for clients to assess their emotional, behavioral, and psychological states accurately.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Provide ongoing therapeutic support through individual, group, family, and couples counseling sessions using evidence-based interventions.
• Build strong therapeutic alliances with clients through empathetic and non-judgmental interactions.
• Employ various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to facilitate emotional growth and healing.
• Assist clients in identifying negative thought patterns and behaviors, guiding them through strategies for positive change.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to clients.

The therapist will serve a varied clientele, including children who may be experiencing behavioral issues, teenagers navigating emotional challenges, adults confronting life transitions, and first responders dealing with occupational stress and trauma. This role emphasizes the importance of tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the distinct needs of each demographic, promoting resilience and recovery across all age groups.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• Possession of a current state licensure as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in clinical practice within a private practice or healthcare setting is required.
• Strong assessment skills with the capacity to devise targeted treatment plans based on individual client assessments.
• Specialization in areas such as trauma, addiction, or couples therapy is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated expertise in working with complex mental health conditions.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for remote therapy.
• Experience in crafting and implementing programmatic changes aimed at enhancing patient care and outcomes.
