Headhunters in science are specialized recruiters who focus on finding and attracting highly qualified candidates for scientific positions, such as research scientists, lab managers, or technical experts. They often work for recruitment agencies or independently, using their industry knowledge and networks to match candidates with organizations seeking specific scientific skills. Headhunters play a crucial role in filling roles that require niche expertise, often for pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, biotech firms, or universities. Their services include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and advising both employers and job seekers throughout the hiring process.
