Job description

Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders for projects located in or around Saint Cloud, MN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:  

  • Weld and fabricate steel components using fixtures, work instructions and blueprints
  • Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
  • Communicate material and production needs with the Head of Fabrication and Welding
  • Maintain a clean organized and productive work area following 5S principles
  • Follow all safety procedures, environmental guidelines and company policies
  • Contribute to a safe and efficient manufacturing environment

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years welding/fabrication experience (shop setting is preferred)
  • Ability to pass weld 1G V-Groove weld test for MIG & TIG processes
  • Basic knowledge of operating, fabricating related to equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints
