Head Enterprise Architect
DV Group, LLC
Chicago, Illinois
Offered Salary: $202,779- $225,000

Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities for the overall architecture and development of the proprietary software products used by our organization to trade securities on electronic markets. Direct the daily operations of the group, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines. Meet with managers to solicit cooperation and resolve problems. Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity. Assign and review the work of software developers. Manage deployment of the trading strategies. Assign responsibilities to the software developers and monitoring the progress of each project. Develop profitable low latency trading strategies.  Develop the client applications that assist traders in their live trading. Develop custom applications as needed by traders.

Requirements
Must have a bachelor's degree in computing and information science, computer science or a related field. Must have five (5) years of experience as a software architect, software engineer or a related field. Must also have five (5) years of progressively more responsible post-baccalaureate experience in building proprietary low-latency trading software and strategies; and futures trading exchanges.
