CSS TSSM Travel Technology Program Manager (Remote)
Full time, United States, Costa Rica, Argentina, Mexico, Brasil
The CSS TSSM Travel Technology Program Manager is accountable for assessing incidents and determining a solution approach, understanding requests for changes and determining the best approach, and applying a solution approach to assure a business problem has been resolved. In this role, you will proactively identify opportunities for improvements. You will also coordinate the respective team.
As a CSS TSSM Travel Technology Program Manager, you will
  • Logically conduct assessments, replicate errors, or test situations if possible
  • Execute small to highest complex configuration changes (many systems, many logics, many interactions, and dependencies)
  • Perform benefit & risk analysis on small to highest scenario (many interacting key variables)
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and develop customer-centric communication
  • Conduct trainings and presentations to external customers
  • Participate in shift planning for the virtual team in line with senior management's general direction

About you
  • Advanced experience in the corporate travel industry is required
  • Advanced experience in travel technology is required; Concur travel tool
  • Experience in a collaborative and international workspace
  • You have project management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of GDS Sabre and/or Amadeus is required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
