How much do head rn jobs pay per year?
What is the difference between Head Rn vs Registered Nurse?
| Aspect | Head Rn | Registered Nurse |
|---|---|---|
| Credentials | RN license, additional leadership or management certifications | RN license, possibly specialty certifications |
| Work Environment | Leadership roles, administrative settings, hospital management | Patient care, clinical settings, hospitals, clinics |
| Employer & Industry Usage | Hospitals, healthcare organizations, clinics with leadership responsibilities | Hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities |
| Search & Comparison Intent | Leadership, management, healthcare administration | Patient care, clinical nursing roles |
The Head Rn typically holds leadership and administrative responsibilities within healthcare settings, requiring additional certifications and experience. In contrast, a Registered Nurse focuses primarily on direct patient care.
