A Boston\-based organization is seeking a Procurement Administration Manager to oversee the day\-to\-day administrative operations of its Procurement Services function. This role will supervise one direct report and partner closely with Legal, Risk Management, Finance, and IT to ensure procurement policies, processes, and systems are applied effectively and consistently.

  • Manage the full administrative procurement cycle from requisition through purchase order issuance
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Review and interpret procurement policies; recommend process improvements and efficiencies
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Ensure contract approvals and compliance with internal policies and risk requirements
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Oversee vendor master data, including sensitive banking and tax information, ensuring strong internal controls
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Manage Certificates of Insurance and related compliance documentation
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Serve as internal subject matter expert for purchasing and expense management systems (Intacct & Tallie)
