This position will be based in the US, specifically out of the Tri-State area.****Key Relationships:****Reporting directly to SVP Tax of Booking Holdings, with a dotted line into the B2B CFO. You will form a strong partnership with the B2B CFO and CEO, and you will oversee a US-based team consisting of 2 managers responsible for advisory. You will also coordinate closely with a matrixed India CoE compliance team and a global tax technology and transfer pricing teams.****Key Responsibilities***** Operate with a highly operational mindset to support a fast-moving CEO & CFO and execute on many new business initiatives.* Design and implement a robust, operational tax infrastructure.* Take ownership of indirect tax strategy for the B2B platform.
