About the Role
Persona AI is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Product to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our product roadmap. As Head of Product, you will own the entire product lifecycle-from conception through market success-and drive the company's growth by delivering innovative solutions that solve complex customer problems.
What You Will Be Doing
Product Strategy & Vision
  • Develop and communicate a clear, compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to inform product direction
  • Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility
  • Establish product KPIs and metrics to track progress against strategic objectives
Product Development & Leadership
  • Own the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch and beyond
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to translate vision into shipped products
  • Lead cross-functional product initiatives and manage dependencies across teams
  • Conduct regular product reviews and iterate based on user feedback and performance data
