About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Program Management to lead large, complex, and transformational technology programs across multiple teams. In this role, you will combine deep program management expertise, technical judgment, and people leadership to drive strategic initiatives from inception through successful delivery.
You will partner closely with product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to shape executable roadmaps, manage dependencies, surface risks, and communicate progress to senior leaders. You will also lead and develop a team of program managers, helping them grow their capabilities while strengthening program management practices across the organization.
What You'll Do
  • Lead a portfolio of related technology activities in a coordinated way, from early planning through successful delivery.
  • Partner with product, engineering, design, and business leaders to define technically sound plans that advance strategic technology and business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain program roadmaps, sequencing work across teams while managing dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and delivery commitments.
  • Translate complex technical programs into clear plans, decisions, and executive-level communications for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Use key performance indicators and delivery metrics to monitor progress, inform decisions, and communicate program health.
  • Identify, assess, track, mitigate, and remove issues and risks across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Guide teams through trade-off decisions that balance business goals, customer experience, technical strategy, maintainability, risk, and cost.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of program managers, including hiring, performance management, and ongoing talent development.
  • Contribute to program management standards, operating practices, and continuous improvement across the broader organization.

What You'll Bring
  • Strong experience leading large-scale technology programs across multiple engineering teams or functional areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex roadmaps, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
  • A data-driven approach and technical fluency with software delivery, engineering practices, and operational needs.
  • Ability to quickly learn technical and procedural information and apply it effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and conflict-resolution skills, including the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Experience mentoring, developing, and leading program management talent.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 10+ years of program management experience, including leadership of complex software delivery initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience hiring, developing, coaching, and retaining talent.
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, computer science, or a related field; equivalent education or work experience will also be considered.

Annual Salary
$146,575.00 - $229,600.00
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
