We're partnering with a founder-led, high-growth lifestyle brand to identify a Head of Product who will lead the end-to-end product organization and partner directly with the founders to shape the future of the brand.

What You'll Own
  • Product strategy and seasonal execution from concept through commercialization
  • Leadership across Merchandising, Design, Product Development, Technical Design, Sourcing & Production
  • Building scalable product processes while maintaining speed and agility
  • Cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership and global manufacturing partners

  • 8+ years of product leadership within apparel, footwear, or consumer products
  • Experience leading multiple product functions under one organization
  • Proven success scaling teams and product organizations in a high-growth environment
