Job Description We are seeking an IT Program Manager III to join our Global Technology Model Governance (GTMG) team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technology governance, risk and controls, and program management and a proven ability to drive regulatory deliverables, manage cross-functional routines, and translate technical content into executive-ready communications. Responsibilities: Review and maintain model documentation, tracking, reporting, and ongoing compliance with Enterprise AI, Model Risk Management, and Critical Use Spreadsheet policies.

Drive model risk strategy for Global Technology through monitoring and oversight of model and critical use spreadsheet inventory, including identification, health, and quarterly attestation. Support horizontal solution delivery across GT divisions to optimize performance, prioritize and monitor risks, and strengthen core processes. Incorporate Model Risk Management requirements into GTMG procedures, controls, and oversight.

Participate in governance forums to monitor inventory health and developer activities. Drive self-identification of risks and control gaps and track remediation to closure. Capture exam-related deliverable expectations and build a project plan with timelines and owners.

Lead and coordinate delivery routines, including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates. Document and track additional layers of governance and controls required to meet standards and new requirements. Assess ongoing monitoring plans, identify gaps, and recommend rationalized standards and controls.

Translate technical summaries into concise, executive-ready updates and presentations. Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to achieve deliverables within timelines. Manage coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams and provide status updates on delivery, risks, issues, and schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Subject matter knowledge in technology and/or technology governance. Minimum 5 years of program management experience in regulated environments. Executive-level communication capabilities with strong presentation skills.

Technical writing proficiency to draft procedures, processes, and documentation. Experience in a financial institution or highly regulated industry and interaction with senior leaders. Risk management or issues management experience; compliance, risk management, business, or communications degree or certification.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organization, prioritization, and deadline management with attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and to escalate issues to meet timelines.

Excellent written and verbal communication and effective remote collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Global Technology organizations and operating models. Business Process Management, Audit, Risk, or Controls experience; recent Risk & Control environment exposure.

Role Logistics Hybrid schedule. Minimum 3 days onsite per week. Onsite day 1.

Start month June or ASAP. Interview process 1-2 rounds. Video required.
