Job Description Are you a proven Safety & Quality leader ready to make a meaningful impact in a high-performance food and beverage manufacturing environment. The Hiring Advisors is partnering with a Global Manufacturer to hire an experienced Head of Quality to oversee food safety and quality programs in the Boulder area. As the Head of Quality, you will build and manage best-in-class Quality and Food Safety (QFS) systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and third-party partners, to deliver safe, high-quality products that meet regulatory, customer, and certification standards.

Responsibilities: Directly influence the success of the quality culture and product excellence Leverage scientific, regulatory & technical expertise to drive QFS governance and compliance Conduct regular audits and inspections of industrial plants and distribution centers to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and supply chain, to drive quality improvements and ensure seamless operations Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality assurance and incorporate relevant practices into the organization Lead initiatives to achieve and maintain certifications and accreditations related to quality standards Develop training programs and workshops to educate staff on quality standards and best practices Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field 8+ years of QFS leadership experience in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industry High level of proficiency and engagement in regulatory, compliance, and food safety topics Experience developing, implementing, and sustaining company-wide metrics, KPI's and reporting tools and cycles to track and drive organizational improvement in compliance A proven track record of collaborating with regulatory agencies and internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues and strengthen compliance Current HACCP and/or FSMA PCQI certifications 20% travel across the US This onsite opportunity in the Boulder area offers a base salary of up to $200k + bonus and a full benefits package.
