THE POSITION:

The Learning & Development Manager with STACK Infrastructure, Inc. is a dynamic and creative thinker responsible for curriculum development, training delivery, and learning effectiveness of cross enterprise programs to meet and advance the skills and knowledge of our workforce. Reporting to the Director, Talent, the L&D Manager will work closely alongside organizational leadership, to create, facilitate, and evaluate full-cycle training programs aligned with our wider business objectives, while also meeting the individual needs of employees. This role will require advanced skills in needs assessment, stakeholder relationship management, measurement and evaluation, development and delivery of both ILT and vILT training, career path development, and people leadership skills. You will play a critical role in how we develop and retain talent at STACK. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct needs analysis to uncover organizational and department training needs, including an assessment of current training programs and materials, to implement the learning & development strategy
  • Create career development opportunities and career pathing programs to develop teams, positions, and individuals
  • Deliver specific learning courses, both online and in-person, implementing creative and engaging training techniques
  • Measure and evaluate learning effectiveness to be sure learning is translating to performance back on the job and aligned to business objectives
  • Partner with LMS Admin to manage rosters for STACK training classes, including working with individual departments and leadership to develop timely and automated reporting for classes and for compliance tracking as well
  • Develop individual training modules and tracks, including for onboarding and company-wide systems
  • Work alongside technical subject matter experts to review, develop, and monitor training programs, including issuing relevant certifications and examinations

  • Travel: Up to 30%
  • Bonus: 10% potential, annually

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ Years of proven experience as a Learning & Development or Training Manager
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Talent Development, Learning & Development, Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Technology, or related functions.
  • Advanced capability in learning needs assessment and career path development
  • Advanced capability in measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives via the Kirkpatrick model
  • Excellent people leadership skills with demonstrated ability to conduct performance management, coaching, feedback, and difficult conversations
  • Experience with effective learning and development methods
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
  • Ability to collaborate well and to build positive and supportive relationships with coworkers across departments
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Workday
  • Solid project management, AI, and time management skills
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office suite

Compensation Range:

$115,540.00 - $128,260.00
