What is a head laborer?

Head Laborers are the lead workers on construction or manual labor sites who supervise and coordinate the activities of other laborers. They ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to schedule. Responsibilities may include assigning tasks, monitoring progress, training new workers, and communicating with supervisors or project managers. Head Laborers often have extensive experience in their field and strong leadership skills. Their role is critical to maintaining productivity and a safe work environment.
