We are a leading meal prep delivery service looking to add to our growing team! We have been around since 2015 and have succeeded because of our team and our attention to detail. Under the direction of the owner, Christine, you will perform kitchen duties and ensure efficiency & compliance of all kitchen duties and responsibilities. Other duties may apply.


Responsibilities

  • Assisting in prepping, portioning, and cooking under the direction of the Head Chef
  • Executing the flow of prep and cook days
  • High Volume Preparation
  • Ensure proper food handling and storing practices.
  • Will assist in the preparation of vegetables, proteins, carbs, sauces and garnishes.
  • Drive & Deliver: Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver meals to client sites on time.
  • Set Up On-Site: Professionally set up catering displays in accordance with set up SOPs, maintain presentation standards, and interact with clients as needed.
  • Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment.
  • Must be able to perform all duties of cooks such as being able to store, prepare seasonings and ingredients, assembling and wash dishes, and operating commercial kettles, pots, pans, grills, ovens, and other equipment necessary to execute meals.
  • Be able to communicate with prep team members for recipes to be executed and planned for.
  • Be able to push and pull 50 lbs or more and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Participates in shared kitchen cleaning duties such as dishwashing, floors and trash.
