About Position:

The Expeditor is responsible for ensuring all orders arrive at tables as quickly and accurately as possible by checking dishes before delivery, assisting with the final preparation of dishes, and directing Food Runners throughout the shift. The Expeditor ensures the efficient flow of orders from the servers to the kitchen and transfers essential information between the kitchen, wait staff, and/or management as necessary (e.g., when a customer has a particular request).
