Job Description:

We're on the lookout for a supercharged Part-Time Banquet Dishwasher to join our unstoppable kitchen crew! This role is key to keeping our banquet kitchen spotless and running like a well-oiled machine, ensuring top-notch dining experiences every time. If you're bursting with energy, reliability, and thrive under pressure - especially during our bustling nights and weekends - then you're the one we want!

DAY TO DAY...

  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand

  • Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas

  • Maintain the kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition

  • Assist in the preparation of banquet setups by ensuring that all required dishes and utensils are washed, dried, and available when needed

  • Ensure the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe, and sanitary facility

  • Dispose of waste in an appropriate manner

  • Assist with the loading and unloading of supplies

  • Comply with health and safety regulations and policies at all times

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations during banquets and events

  • Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the kitchen manager or head chef

QUALIFICATIONS...

  • Must be 16 years of age or older

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and supplies
