Over the past three years, our dedicated teams have successfully completed over 500 projects, generating revenue exceeding $1 million. However, we've noticed a decline in revenue in recent months, indicating a need for strategic leadership and direction in our design department.

Responsibilities:

As the Head of UI/UX Design, you will be responsible for analyzing our current strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to enhance productivity and profitability. Your expertise will be vital in restructuring our design teams, enhancing our project management approach (Team, Account, Project - TAP), and scaling our department to include up to 50 design professionals.

  • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the design department
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and revenue
  • Lead, mentor, and expand the design team while fostering a collaborative and creative work environment
  • Oversee project management, ensuring high-quality delivery within deadlines
