Job description

Job Overview:
 
Pay Range: $63hr - $68hr
 
Requirement:
  • We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll & SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design and delivery for HR transformation programs.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Core SAP Expertise 15+ years of SAP experience with: o Strong background in SAP HCM (Payroll, Time, PA/OM).
  • Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ECP preferred) Proven experience as a Solution Architect.
  • Compliance and statutory regulations SuccessFactors Experience in multiple SF modules, with at least Employee Central mandatory Experience in SF implementations, Support, migrations, and global rollouts.
Technical and Integration Strong Experience:
  • SAP BTP / CPI integrations o Hybrid architecture (ECC/S4 + SF) o APIs and middleware solutions.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and global teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP certifications in multiple modules is preferred with atleast on the below certification.
  • SAP SuccessFactors (EC) Experience in S/4HANA HCM or H4S4 transformation.
  • Agile / SAP Activate methodology.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to work in a client-facing leadership role.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on expertise.
  • Ability to bridge business and technology.
  • Proven track record in leading HR digital tar.
