Job Summary:
HCL Global Systems Inc is a technology solutions provider, and they are seeking a Solution Architect to design high-level, end-to-end architectures across various domains. The role involves ensuring that solutions align with enterprise standards and guiding cloud, application, and integration strategies while leading large-scale migrations and implementations.
Responsibilities:
• Design high level, end to end architectures across applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, and integrations
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, reference architectures, and long term roadmaps
• Govern solution patterns, integration approaches, and architectural decisions
• Define and guide cloud, application, and integration strategies (e.g., Azure, AWS, M365, SaaS platforms)
• Lead greenfield implementations and large scale migrations (cloud, SaaS, legacy modernization) with focus around Workday, ServiceNow, Dell Boomi
• Evaluate and approve new technologies for enterprise adoption
• Ensure consistency, interoperability, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Define transition architectures and migration roadmaps
• Ensure minimal risk and business disruption during transformation initiatives
Qualifications:
Required:
• 15 + years of experience
• Experience with Workday, Dell Boomi, ServiceNow
• Experience with advanced Active Directory, O365, software installation.
• Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
