Strong-Bridge Envision Consulting (HCL Technologies Company) is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our firm as a dedicated full-time employee. This is a remote opportunity working with our clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Analyzing big data sets using excel (Look up formulas, Macro, Pivot tables, Charts, Text formulas etc.)
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Documenting and communicating the results of team's efforts.
  • Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Analyze and create graphical representations of the flow of data through the system, modeling its process aspects.
  • Demonstrate problem solving, qualitative, quantitative and visualization skills to resolve business/technical problems and apply logical thinking to come up with appropriate solutions.
  • Working closely with various cross functional teams.
  • Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
  • Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • 5+ years' experience as an IT project manager/ Business Analyst in a large company.

  • 3+ years experience leading and manage complex enterprise-level projects consisting of multiple teams.
  • 3+ years experience in leading IT system implementation projects and experience utilizing SDLC for enterprise IT system implementations.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.
