Technical Project Manager
PMO Leadership & Governance
โข Establish and lead the PMO operating model, including governance frameworks, stage gates, decision forums, and escalation paths.
โข Define and enforce program standards, methodologies, tools, templates, and reporting cadences across all workstreams.
โข Drive portfolio level prioritization, dependency management, and capacity planning across multiple projects and vendors.
Leadership & People Management
โข Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Technical Project Managers across multiple initiatives
โข Set delivery standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for program execution
โข Conduct performance management, coaching, and career development for TPMs
โข Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
Enterprise Program & Delivery Management
โข Own delivery oversight for a large scale, multi workstream enterprise program, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and outcomes.
โข Lead integrated planning across scope, schedule, budget, resources, and milestones.
โข Proactively manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure timely mitigation and executive visibility.
โข Ensure alignment across product, engineering, procurement, logistics, and operations teams
โข Manage program financials including budgets, forecasts, and vendor costs
โข Establish and report on KPIs, OKRs, and executive dashboards
Construction Supply Chain Domain Ownership (Preferred)
โข Apply strong domain knowledge across :
o Procurement & sourcing
o Logistics, warehousing, and inventory
o Supplier and subcontractor management
o Cost controls and schedule impacts
โข Translate construction and supply chain business requirements into executable technical roadmaps
โข Identify process inefficiencies and recommend technology driven improvements
Stakeholder Communication & Executive Engagement
โข Serve as the primary communication interface for senior leadership and business sponsors for program status, health, and outcomes to executive leadership.
โข Present program status, risks, trade offs, and decisions clearly and confidently
โข Facilitate executive steering committee meetings, decision reviews, and milestone checkpoints.
โข Align cross functional stakeholders with competing priorities and timelines
โข Influence without authority across matrixed global teams
Required Qualifications
Experience
โข 15+ years of overall experience in program/project management or technology delivery, including leading PMO functions for large, complex enterprise programs.
โข 2+ years leading teams of Technical PMs
โข Proven experience delivering multi year, multi workstream enterprise transformations (e.g., ERP, cloud, digital, data, or platform modernization).
โข Strong background managing complex, cross system, enterprise scale initiatives
Domain Knowledge
โข Solid understanding of construction supply chain processes and constraints
โข Experience working with ERP, procurement systems, logistics platforms tools
โข Familiarity with how supply chain disruptions impact construction schedules and costs

โข Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into executive ready narratives.
โข Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capability
โข Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior executives and cross functional leaders without direct authority.

โข Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution
โข Deep understanding of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid enterprise delivery models).

Salary Range: $82,000 - $200,000 a year
